Your GRDG President Tim Campbell has appointed myself to the open position of Vice President. I look forward to serving you all in my new role. This means there is now a vacancy in the position of Secretary. We will be holding an election and accepting self nominations from now until 12/15/25.
The person who holds the position of Secretary will play a vital role in the dealings of the board. The Secretary is an Executive Officer and voting member of the board. Any applicants must be a member in good standing.
Voting will take place between after the holidays between 12/29-1/15.
Responsibilities of the Secretary
– Organize and run meetings of the board and membership
– Record and document meetings, and keep records with club files
– Communicate with membership as needed through Discgolfroc.com
– Creation of a periodic newsletter
