Membership is paid on a yearly basis and is non-refundable.
Membership grants access to exclusive club benefits, including special event participation, discounts, leagues, immediate email information updates, and notifications.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any membership at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
Members must comply with all club rules, policies, and event guidelines.
3. Email Communications
As part of your membership, you will receive email notifications when new postings are made on our website.
Emails will include standard opt-out options, allowing members to unsubscribe at any time.
4. Lost and Found Policy
We strive to assist in the recovery of lost disc golf discs. As a general rule, found discs and other items will be held for 60 days.
Individual finders may establish their own terms for holding and returning discs.
We strongly encourage all players to write their name and phone number on their discs to facilitate their return.
Disc Golf Roc is not responsible for holding on to lost or unclaimed discs beyond the designated holding period. Beyond this period, your disc is considered lost and found by Disc Golf ROC to either donate, give away, or use for fund raising.
5. Code of Conduct
Members must engage respectfully with other players, staff, and event participants at all times while participating in Disc Golf ROC events, leagues, tournaments, meetings, etc.
Disruptive behavior, harassment, or violations of club policies may result in membership termination.
Members must adhere to all local laws and regulations while participating in club activities.
6. Liability Disclaimer
Participation in disc golf and related activities involves inherent risks. Members assume full responsibility for their safety.
Disc Golf Roc is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or lost/stolen items occurring at club events or while using club facilities.
Members are responsible for ensuring they are physically capable of participating in disc golf activities.
7. Website Usage
All content on our website, including logos, text, and images, is the property of Disc Golf Roc and may not be used without permission.
We reserve the right to modify or remove website content at any time.
Users may not post spam, offensive content, or unauthorized advertisements on our website.
