Over the weekend Conor McKaig and Jeff Hermenet put A LOT of work in to get the tee signs upgraded at Ellison Park!
It started Friday night, with using an auger to expand the holes the old sign posts were in and setting the new signs’ collar in concrete. They got through 15 holes that night, and the remaining 3 were done the next morning (when it was too dark to see the bubble in the level, it was time to quit). From there, Conor took all 18 signs off of the old posts and brought them home to his garage where he painstakingly drilled holes in the signs and plastic covers so that they would fit the new sign-posts (for about five hours). After the concrete from late Friday and early Saturday had hardened all 18 completed signs were installed Sunday afternoon!
