The 2025 board members have been hard at work this winter prepping for a whole new season. In addition to an all-new website, our most recent meeting discussion and vote included rebranding our organization to Disc Golf ROC. This includes this new website domain, DiscGolfRoc.com. GRDGC.org will still work, but it’s time for retirement.  Let’s face it: GRDGC.org is just a mouthful to say and not easy to remember.

Don’t be like Dave!

The 2025 season should start out with this PSA (or call it a warning maybe?):  ALWAYS GET IN THE ACE POT!  Unfortunately for Dave Copp, he did not. He aced one of the most difficult holes at Breaking Free Skate Park Disc Golf League… and wasn’t in the ace pot. Don’t be like Dave. Always get in the ace pot. You never know!

Shadow Pines Open to the public 

Wednesday August 17th a small group of volunteers from the Greater Rochester Disc Golf Club and workers from the Town of Penfield worked to install the Innova Pro28 baskets at Shadow PInes

Tee pads and permanent signage will be coming in the next couple months as we work out a schedule with the Town Parks Department to dig the tee pads

They course currently mapped on Udisc and temporary signs will be printed shortly to help people better navigate the course
